How Can You Help?
Bragg Creek and Greater Area Historical Society is happy to welcome new members to join us in our many interesting endeavours. Your annual membership fee provides the Society with revenue and includes free admission to all the special events for the year. If you are looking to contribute through taking on a volunteer role, opportunities include positions on the Executive Board, event organizing, promoting the society, sourcing items of local historical relevance, fundraising, communicating with members, social media management and liaising with supporters (just to name a few). Executive meetings are held on a monthly basis and special events are held 4 – 5 times per year.
The Society is always interested in donations of local historical books or archival items. Our goal is to curate donations for our collection based on authenticity and relevance to Bragg Creek and surrounding area. Please contact the Society by email if you would like further information.
